1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not offered at this time — contact us for special requests.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 4 pm.
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days anywhere in the UAE from dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may extend during holidays or exceptional weather.
3. Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery fee: AED 20.
- Free delivery on orders of AED 300 or more.
4. Order Confirmation & Updates
After you place an order you receive a confirmation with your order number, and our team confirms by WhatsApp or phone. You will be updated as your order is prepared, dispatched and delivered.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Our courier will contact you on the phone number provided — please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.
- For Cash on Delivery, kindly have the amount ready.
- If delivery fails because you are unreachable, the courier will attempt again; repeated failed attempts may require the order to be re-arranged, and repeated COD refusals may limit COD availability on future orders.
- Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issue within 48 hours.
6. Returns
- Perfume is a personal-care product. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging, with all cellophane, boxes and any included samples intact.
- Non-returnable (unless defective): opened or used fragrances, items with broken seals, testers and promotional samples, and gift cards.
- Items returned incomplete, damaged or showing signs of use cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including delivery charges — at no cost to you.
8. Exchanges
Eligible returns (Section 6) may be exchanged for another fragrance of the same or higher value (paying the difference), subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.
9. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within 7–14 business days.
- Card / digital-wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name.
10. How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp (+971 50 673 9991) or email info@deepperfume.store with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off.
