1. Introduction & Acceptance

This website, deepperfume.store (the "Website"), is operated by DEEP Perfume, licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under Trade Licence CN-5476731 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Website you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in the UAE.

3. Products & Availability

• We take care to describe and present our fragrances accurately; minor variations in packaging or presentation may occur between production batches.
• All products are subject to availability. Where an ordered item is unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative, or cancel and refund that item in full.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• We may update prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it.
• In the rare event of an obvious pricing or typographical error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order — anything already paid is refunded in full.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery throughout the UAE, and card / digital-wallet payments where offered at checkout. Online payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider; we never receive or store your card details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion — for example where stock, payment or delivery-address issues arise — and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp (+971 50 673 9991) with your order number. Orders already dispatched are handled under our Returns Policy.

7. Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines, fees, return conditions and refund processing are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the DEEP Perfume name, logo, product names, images, text and design — is owned by or licensed to DEEP Perfume and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with its operation or security.
• Automated scraping, data harvesting or systematic extraction of Website content is not permitted.

10. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep all information on the Website current and correct, but do not warrant that it is always free of typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update content at any time without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DEEP Perfume against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including exceptional weather, public-authority action, or courier and network disruptions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
